Rasa Povilanskiene: The Coordinator of the event is the Head of Environment Qaulity Division Rasa Povilanskiene of Klaipeda City Municipality Administration. The event Organization Committe includes Young Coordinator, PR people, Klaipeda Regional Seaside Park, environmental NGO "Zvejone", Scouts, etc.

The event will attarct the above mentioned Klaipeda coastline communities. Concerts by local performers will be given, Scouts prepare their own program, all participants at the Ancient Bonfire Night will be treated by soldiers with porridge. Apart from concerts and oath giving ceremony, scientists and environment professionals will lecture on the Baltic Sea problems and demonstrate slides. Major place for the event among several of them are former enforcements from the WWII in the dunes of Kukuliskes.
